Hello guys. I will share with you today lunch, super easy preparation and super tasteful!
You can see the spices I've used in the second photo and the macros of the dish in the last one!
The order in which I cooked the ingredient is been: frozen leeks and carrots sliced, wait some minute, add dried garlic and add the chicken, keep cooking for another couple of minutes.
When the pan is starting to be very very dry add some white wine!
Wait and then add zucchini and tomatoes, let them cook for another couple of minutes.
To complete add all the spices as well as the Indian sauce (not so important) and the broth cube, mix everything and add the almond milk, keep cooking for some more minutes. Et voila!!
