    I bought buffalo to make some lasagna bolognese a while ago, mainly just to wind up my Italian friends. I like it a lot more than beef at this point. I won’t buy beef if I can get a similar cut of buffalo.

    Looks great! I’ve been wanting to SV a filet. This place down the road has them for the same price as a ribeye so I might go there, it’s expensive but worth it.
