Agree with anthracnose. I think there’s also a different infection/decaying agent with sunken spots like these but I forget the name, and it’s less common.
Be on the lookout for when the fruits get the small spots like the top one, because a couple days after that they will probably be covered in sunken rot spots. Catch them early and eat/prep them before they have a bunch of spots like the bottom right one
