I don’t see a ton of love for Hungarian Hot Wax around here. But here I am, regardless. More info in comments.

By far my favorite thing to grow. I pickle them sliced in rings. We eat them all year on sandwiches, salads, and tacos. (*also: spot the two outliers that are the first to ripen of their kinds?)

I grow a bunch, pickle most of them on their own and one or two jars with a bit of hotter peppers

Sweet and savory taste, thick walls makes it great for pickling, very managable heat for pretty much anyone and the colors really make for a good looking plant. A great pepper overall.
Ive just finished harvesting mine for the season.

One of the best annuum hot peppers out there imo. Productive, early, versatile… love it
