Hello guys, I'm sharing with you my lunch it was veery tasteful. All the main ingredients are in the last screenshot as well as the nutritional informations (38gr carbs, 9gr fats, 61gr proteins, 470cal). I've just put everything together within an hot pan and added a cube of broth and poisson sauce, as well as a mix of spices (garlic, aneth, coriandre, basilic, GMS and spicy). I put the noodles just at the end, as you can see the plate was quite big but super good macros! Enjoy
