Ingredients: – 1/2 cup coconut flour – 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted – 2 tablespoons butter, softened – 1/4 cup Steve’s sugar-free maple syrup – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk) – 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice (almond, peanut, cashew, etc.) – 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
Instructions: 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut flour and salt. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, coconut oil, butter, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. 4. If the dough is too dry, add in the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. 5. Stir in the cocoa nibs until evenly distributed.

Honestly, i keep it simple. 1 scoop Aldi’s vanilla protein powder, equal part half Truvia granulated and half truvia brown, stir well. Then add spray butter and mix well, add more till you get the consistency you like, add vanilla extract to taste, add lillys chips. Done.

I suppose it’s a lack of egg that makes it edible, but you could pasteurize an egg to add a bit more richness
Pisaunt
I would rather eat my toenails than eat anything with a zero calorie sweetener in it.
