Spring mix, red and green cabbage, arugula, cucumber, shaved carrots, tomato, steamed broccoli, teriyaki tofu, 1/2 a small avocado and a homemade Japanese salad dressing (recipe link below). So satisfying and definitely high volume low calorie as long as you don’t add too much dressing!
