I bet if “biang biang noodles” weren’t in the title, most people wouldn’t recognize what this is. I’d wager that half of the people are still scratching their heads. Why don’t people show Biang Biang’s final form lol

Thanks for this post, my wife and I checked this out today during our trip from Boston because of it! We loved this dish, it was almost like a more complex Bolognese.
