Well, I baked macarons in a gas stove- it wasn’t bad at all! I’ve seen the question asked here. My biggest issue was the temperature randomly dropping about 5°, so I combated it with increasing my oven temp by 5. Slightly hollow unfortunately but still pleased overall.

    maturing will fix those hollows right up! hardly even an air gap. I’m so jealous lol

    Are gas ovens bad? All of my macaron have been baked in them! 😅
