Was never much of a person who would take the time to make up breakfast, especially when trying to be in a deficit. Volume eating has made it much more satisfying now tho.
Egg white (100g), spinach (25g), and cottage cheese (50g) scramble (was supposed to be an omelette but got side tracked with my 8 month old lol), 100g hash browns, 2 slices of turkey bacon and 100g pineapple. Came out to a whopping 290 calories lol. And baby loved it too, so win win.
