I know mistakes happen, but it feels like they’re more common now. We had ordered the mushroom shepherds pie (which is our all time favorite and we were SO EXCITED) and not only did they send us the wrong meal, (maple chicken) but they also forgot the chicken and recipe card so we can’t make it anyways. Just needed to rant 😭

Ouch. I haven’t had the missing ingredients. I’ve had the rotten vegetables and late delivery. I’ve contacted support before only when I feel it’s appropriate because It sounds like we’re similar, as in, we don’t like to complain and things happen.
But, if it happens a few times in a row, I usually contact them and they appreciate it because they say they keep track of issues to limit them, plus they give you a credit.
