Macros speak for themselves. For a dessert this is fantastic and soooo delicious. The yoghurt blends in the the ice cream and frozen yoghurt and the combination goes so well together. This is the best dessert I've ever created and I have it almost every night now. I cut up the frozen Mango Chunks smaller to make it extra special haha
