Seems like it takes forever for these to turn from green to orange. They're destined for hot sauce, this may have to go into the freezer while I wait for the others to turn

    Slice in half if for long term storage and vac seal, I get zero frostbite on my peppers with this method. Do it every season to build up stock for hot sauce
