Finally one of my Habs turned orange !!! And the plant is LOADED with green peppers.
Seems like it takes forever for these to turn from green to orange. They're destined for hot sauce, this may have to go into the freezer while I wait for the others to turn

Slice in half if for long term storage and vac seal, I get zero frostbite on my peppers with this method. Do it every season to build up stock for hot sauce
