First time smoking a turkey breast. Holy moly, this thing turned out GOOD! Definitely going to make this again. My wife and son were raving over it. I think it’s one of the best pieces of meat I have ever cooked.
Slathered in Mayo and used Meat Church Texas Sugar rub. I split it in two pieces because they were already kind of falling apart. Glad I did, because the small piece was done just in time for dinner and the large piece took longer than expected. 275 for about 3 hours. Cranked it to 350 for the last 30 mins. Super juicy and delicious.
