I couldn’t wait before taking a bite, so ignore that! 🤣 I’ve planned out a week of recipes from Big Vegan Flavor by Rainbowplantlife and hubs and I started off strong with the Chickpea Spinch Masala. Absolutely delicious and I’m so excited to try even more of the Indian inspired dishes in the book!
