This 5 ingredient roasted garlic hummus is so fresh and easy, and makes the best dip for snacking! Ingredients you’ll need are:
1 – 16oz bag dried chickpeas
1 whole head of garlic
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp coarse kosher salt
1.5 cups olive oil, divided
Boils the chickpeas until soft.
Roast the garlic at 400 * F until golden brown and sizzling
You can use a blender if you don’t have a food processor to mix
Just put everything all together in there and blend until creamy and smooth
