  1. Great cook Greg. How much fuel how often did you have to add during this cook?
I did the Matambre Pizza yesterday on the El Patron… Wow that recipe is definitely a keeper.

  2. Great cook and your work on the El Patron is really appreciated. Do you have the hanging rods to bbq ribs drum smoker style? I saw one el patron with hanging rods put in. I’d really like to see direct heat spatchcock chicken on this grill.

  3. I have fallen in love (because of your channel..) with the LSG – El Patron grill. The versatility and quality build seem top notch.
Living in Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ ups the price a fair bit (exchange on the dollar; freight; import duties…), but will live vicariously through you – for now!!…. Thanks Greg…. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

  4. Gorgeous glaze. I'm just in awe of that El Patron's performance every time I see you use itπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

  5. Those were some big racks of ribs. I love the old school method of rib cooking. More meat is a winner in my book!
That was an amazing color that you were able to get on those ribs.

  6. Thanks Greg – No reason a similar glaze wouldn't work on the beef ribs I have defrosting in the fridge at this moment.
I might change the flavor profile slightly, but it is a great start – Cheers!
