About 50lbs of fresh peppers from our polytunnel grown in raised beds with nothing but organic Inputs.

All fermenting now as mash and in salt brine waiting to be turned into hotsauce!

The plants are still full of ripe and almost ripe fruit, cant pick them all fast enough.

    that looks stunning! Any particular favorite varieties? I want to grow all of the peppers. All of them… but unfortunately space is a thing.
