I’ve recently discovered drying out my macarons in the oven and it’s a major time saver 😊 Used to wait 1 whole hour for them to air dry but this takes me just about 5 minutes in the oven!

For this method, I rest my macarons inside the oven at a very low temperature of 175F, with the door about halfway open for around 5 minutes. I then remove them from the oven once the skin has formed, increase the temperature to 325F and bake for 13 minutes.
