Aldi USA is selling Monograno Felicetti premium pasta at $4.29 instead of the $8 RRP! This brand of pasta is used in Michelin starred restaurants in Italy, and the first time I tried it on pasta Gricia I thought it was so delicious but didn’t know what changed, turned out this pasta is the best!

Hopefully it will arrive here as well.

Use a good brand of pasta is incredible important. It doesn’t matter how good a pasta sauce is, low quality pasta will ruin the dish.
I hear you. It’s a great brand. And pasta made in Italy, I find, is always better than Italian pasta made in North America. Perhaps it’s the different ingredients.
Of note though, any Michelin star restaurants using dried pasta should have their star removed.
Surely there is no Michelin star restaurant using dried pasta?
Ma c’è questo Monograno Felicetti in Italia? Io non ne ho mai sentito parlare…
Can’t find it online, didn’t see it in my local store. RIP
How do you know it is the Monograno Felicetti?
