We made a very special and delicious risotto in this livestream – truffle mushroom risotto with juicy figs and crunchy walnuts. The earthy flavors of truffle mushrooms combined with sweetness of figs and crunch of walnuts created the most exquisite dining experience that truly wows. Ingredients:
11 oz 300 g figs
1 oz 25 g truffle mushroom
1 cup rice
3 cups stock (chicken, vegetable)
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp truffle oil
1 garlic
2 small shallots
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste

1 cup walnuts
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
