  1. It's a SOLO week here as Josh travels out of town… but I'm staying on my game with a fresh grocery haul and meal prep for weight loss! Been craving sushi lately and these Philadelphia Roll in a Bowl sushi bowls were fantastic! Also loving the Fajita Burritos! What's on your meal plan for the coming week?!

  2. My hubby is allergic to shellfish too. I love shrimp but don’t eat it when he’s around. You are doing so amazing! I remember when my kiddos were young I would do fast food or pizza when my hubby traveled. Really love your videos and once again your girls are just the cutest!

  3. I was at my Costco today and the ground beef is only 5 1lb portions. Leave it to So. CA.

  4. I enjoy your videos every time. Maybe you want to wash your rice until the water runs clean because of arsenic.

  5. Lauren, turn the onion the other direction. So your knife is cutting in the direction of end to end . At least that's how I do it when I cut onions for fajitas.

  8. the sushi bowls look so good. I do one with shredded lettuce, then the rice, then the cream cheese, shredded carrots, diced cucumbers (thought it was easier to eat) avocado if I have it. then the protein is either diced up shrimp, tuna, a piece of salmon cooked, (last time salmon I went and took a whole can and added to the rice and seasoned and crumbled cooked in a pan, and I used that as my topping ) then of course the mayo siracha. g hughes makes a good yum yum sugar free. I also have to have mine with the sea weed snacks. oh gosh, you made me so hungry. I meal prepped this week, did two sub in a tub and two taco salad, might have to trek out to get stuff for a sushi bowl.

  9. I use my net diary for my calorie choices, counter. Keep that apple green and I'm in a loss. I use another app Exercise I just tone up fantastic when my calorie choices are easy. I do 1100 calories. If I'm weak or on a splurge vacation day every few months. I do go up in calories to 1300. But usually I Stay at 950-1100 daily calories. Everything counts on there veg, fruits, eggs lol. I'll choose a egg over some things to fit it in. Coffee is the biggest. How do I fut that in. Usually it's with a protein shake, or pure cane sugar. I really try to not use fake sugars vs whole foods. I'm better with reap food. Awesome choices exactly very similar to my load out. But all the shrimp and fish is my husband lol. I choose chicken, tiny bit of ground beef. I do choose rice and pasta, whole grains like oats, or a bread- fajita wrap. Occasionally but it's awesome to prep real food choices with tiny snacks like jello, fruit iciy, a nut butter, . Amazing as always. I've really stepped up my workouts to extreme amout if reps as my walking and stiffness is unbelievable during the transition from summer to fall as the heat kicks in and the rain is never ending. Lol

  10. Great healthy haul! Hubs and I are having dungeness crab for dinner tonight. I've been doing WW since December. I know you switched to a calorie deficit. But I still eat the same foods you do. Your chicken fajita burritos look amazing! Maybe on my menu tomorrow! It's so nice to see you eat things that Josh doesn't like while he travels. The salmon sushi bowls look super too!
