Looking for Crispy Pork Larb?

I used to go to this great place in NYC that had crispy fried pork belly larb. Most places near me I’ve seen only have larb salad with ground pork?

I did see Heng Heng Chicken and Hoy-Kha had something similar, but anywhere else I should try?

Totally not a Thai-food expert so I appreciate the help here!
