Chewy and rich on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside, they are delicious plain but even more irresistible dipped in dark chocolate.

COCONUT MACAROONS
Ingredients:
1. Egg whites 3 room temperature.
2. Caster sugar 1/2cup
3. Vanilla essence 1tsp
4. Desiccated coconut 3cups
5. Cooking chocolate 2 ounce melted
.
Method:
1. In a bowl add egg whites and add caster sugar & vanilla essence beat well until it changes its color to white.
2. Then add desiccated coconut and fold well to make a soft & sticky dough.
3. With a help of ice cream scoop take some amount of dough and place over the butter paper lined baking pan and bake at 180*C for about 12-15 minutes.
4. Place on the cooling rack after removing from oven and let it cool down completely.
5. Melt cooking or milk chocolate and dip macaroon in chocolate and drizzle some chocolate on top and place in fridge for 10 minutes & serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
DELICIOUS COCONUT MACAROONS are ready.
