Shredded zucchini
Egg
Peas (fresh is best, frozen is good. Just make sure to add them as late as possible so they don't get wrinkly)
Parmesan/Grana padano
+salt, pepper
Lightly sauté zucchini, add egg and mix. When egg is almost set add peas. Finally spread parmesan on top.
If you want to add pine nuts, onion, garlic, all is fair in this game.
