This is a semi-reasonable guess only. Some grapes, especially the wild grapes like Mustang and Muscadine, contain a lot of tartaric acid (think cream of tartar) and this can crystallize over time for various reasons. These may be that. I would have to go searching if there is a way to ID those. Just a guess.

What kind of pectin did you use? If powdered, it could simply be little lumps of pectin that didn’t completely dissolve. Or it could be little bits of grape that managed to sneak through the straining process.
Personally though I always err on the side of caution with canned goods and discard anything that seems remotely suspicious. Wasting one jar of jelly is worth avoiding what could be an unpleasant and potentially expensive bout of food poisoning.

It looks like tartrate crystals, which is completely normal in grape products.

I can grape juice every year and unless it’s properly chilled before canning (which I don’t bother with) you’ll get tartrate crystals. If they’re hard then that’s absolutely what it is. Never had it happen to me with jelly personally though.
