Sourdough Sandwich with Figs, Prosciutto, and Burrata
Ingredients:
• 2 slices of sourdough bread
• 2-3 fresh figs, sliced
• 4-6 slices of prosciutto, torn into smaller pieces
• 1 ball of burrata, torn into smaller pieces
• Butter (for spreading on bread)
• Honey (for drizzling)
• Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the sourdough bread slices.
3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
4. Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crunchy, flipping halfway through to ensure even toasting.
5. Place the toasted sourdough slices on a serving plate.
6. Arrange the torn pieces of burrata evenly on top of each slice of bread.
7. Arrange the fig slices between the burrata pieces.
8. Layer the torn prosciutto over the burrata.
9. Drizzle honey over the figs, prosciutto, and burrata.
10. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
11. Serve and enjoy!
