    I just about always leave something to be desired in terms of presentation.

    I think I had a bit too much oil in my dough, too, which caused the spaghetti to stick more than normal. But oh well—this was still tasty enough that I’ll definitely be making it again!

    Beautiful! and I’m sure delicious. We had this dish on the Amalfi Coast and when we got back state-side my husband was on a mission to recreate it. He did and it was lovely, though not as wonderful as the real-deal was 😉 I remember him saying it was a lot of work!
