14-hour work day. Wanted nothing but to grill a cheese after I got home and had a couple of cocktails. Some notes:

  • first time using the air fryer to grill a cheese.
  • used Duke’s mayonnaise on the outside instead of butter on the advice of this community. My goodness, y’all know how to grill a cheese.
  • ingredients: white cheddar and a slice or two of cheddar jack; multi grain because that’s the bread I had in-house. Would have preferred sourdough.

Been a part of this sub for quite some time, but I don’t grill cheeses too often and, I’ve got to say, y’all are definitely about your business.

8/10, would only change the bread and go a minute or two longer in the air fryer.
