Hempy Lemon Dill Dressing:
3 pitted medjool dates
3 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp miso paste
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne (for a spicy version)
1/2 cup water (or more if you like a thinner dressing)
Blend and enjoy!
How to make marinated veggies:
1 • Choose a sauce of your choice
2 • Mix in vegetables of your desire. We like mushrooms, onions, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, freshly shelled peas and many other options too
3 • After mixing in the sauce, place on a solid dehydrator tray and dehydrate for about 90 minutes att 115F
4 • Spiralize cucumber or zucchini and top with the marinated veggies.

Hi Lissa, what is your favorite legume to sprout?? I enjoy red lentils but I am interested in trying others!
Have most of your books LIssa, you are such an inspiration ❤ thanx for reminding me of freezing hard veg to get them more digestible, I never did it with sprouts, will try that too. For me, sprouted chikpeas are the best slightly steamed, it is considered as cooked but so much more digestible and bio-available for the body, so I never really thought about other options. Will do nowm thanx! My fav meal lately is a big salad full of greens from my garden and all other veggies with a very light dressing, raw vegan crackers and raw vegan cheeses I make, with some sprouts, guiacamole and fermented salsa I also do.
I've been loving just eating plain salads with homemade dressing every single day. Also I make sprouted lentil patties( Something like a falafel) yum yum yum
Could you share your hair care routine ? Love your hair … I know daily green boost helps my hair ! Love your content … not a raw vegan but I love to have raw meals at least once a day .🌱❤️
I'm not able to have chia and/or flax seeds due to the lectins and hormone derivatives.
Could you do an experiment with basil seeds in your wraps to see if that ingredient works?
