New take out only ramen spot opened in Ghost line. No indoor seating and the patio is hot so def a grab and go spot. They are serving chicken based ramen. I felt it was a bit pricey for take out ramen personally and it was rough eating outdoors but since I drove from north I had no choice, you save money obviously if you don’t add extra toppings, not all of the bowls come with ajitama etc. The Tori red and the Tori dashi were the best options. Ramen broth was not too salty and had great flavor. The toppings were cooked very well. Just an fyi a lot of their side dishes (katsu) aren’t made in house so we skipped those. Def worth checking out if you live in south Austin!
