This salad is the salad of my dreams, and yes it’s COOKED, but maybe that’s what makes a salad good, no? The charredd cauliflower takes up most of the space, but it’s tossed with nutty farro, seared halloumi, avocado and a golden raisin agrodolce that *might* be my favorite salad dressing of all time. I vote you tear in more herbs than you can count…because that’s what I do. Over and over and over.

Justine, I absolutely love your videos, your voiceover (I started watching you on IG!), your calm demeanor, your humor… and the way you cook reminds me of how I cook (only not, like, the part where you're trained, haha), intuitively and "measuring with your heart". I don't have the budget right now to buy your book but it's definitely in my wishlist!
Thanks for showing me something new. You mention the cauliflower chop as bean size but failed to show us on video how you do it. Please add those types of shots for those of us who want to improve our knife skills.
Bragg is no longer owned by the family that nurtured and grew that brand. It has been changed, and not for the better. (I will cherish the last bit I have of the original. Search is on for comparable.)
