Made two bowls:

210g egg whites
30g egg white poweder
1.5tsp onion powder
1.5tsp garlic powder
2Tbsp dried chives
1 tsp salt

Whip to a stiff meringue, spoon onto a tray and bake at 200F for 25-40 mins. I left mine a bit soft in the middle and they are just like popcorn!
