I got the tortilla crusty by putting it in my pan and sticking it in the oven while it preheated, that way it wouldn’t get super soggy when I added the egg mixture. Seasoned with salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning from trader joe’s, nutmeg, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and fresh basil from the garden. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes. I ate half for breakfast and will probably eat the other half for lunch :))
