My first attempt at Carbonara. Used Pecorino Romano as the base cheese and Guanciale 😁 Tasted amazing

  1. Very hard to tell the sauce with tagliatelle, not the best pasta for the carbonara (eggpasta with carbonara is an overkill, not that is bad, just can be too heavy) . Looks Super good, but with the color of tagliatelle it is hard to see the sauce.

    Looks very good, nice work. One thing, did you remove the guanciale from the pan once it was cooked?
