Hellooo, ya girl is trying to make some proper hot pot. I’m looking for a grocery store where I can buy yuba year round bc it’s seasonal at TJs and $10 a pack at Whole Foods under the Hoda brand soo not in this economy.
I’ve tried H Mart, 99 ranch and HK Market and when I ask for yuba or tofu sheets, the employees are dowright puzzled. I’ve brought home a few items labeled bean curd or tofu sheets that were most definitely not yuba.
For the love of hot pot pls help!!
