Sharing this because I want people on this sub and anywhere else to know you can have high protein meals that make you FULL. And really healthy, make you lose weight without worrying too much.

    These 2 meals are around 116 grams of protein coming up to 1401 calories.

    Almost 1000 calories for one meal when you’re doing 1200 per day is quite a choice, but I’m glad it’s working for you

    Edit: you also didn’t track the fruit, or whatever that white stuff is in the middle.

  4. I tried OMAD because it got easy for me to fast until 5pm but my stomach shrunk and I literally couldn’t eat enough to reach 1200 and my protein goals in one meal. It would be an easy way to lose weight so I wish I could!
