Walt: Vidalias are about 9/10th the weight of regular onions, so while we take 1000 lbs of Vidalias, we’ll replace them with the same weight in crappy yellow onions, which comes up 901.3… you know what Jesse, let’s make it 920 to account for spillage and whatever’s in the hose.
Todd: Yeah, but won’t someone notice on account of less sweet onions?
Walt: Well, it’s only a 4% delusion of sweetness, but yes, they will notice, at which point they will blame Georgia for supplying a marginally less sweet batch.
