My go-to normie lunch (or a variation of it- usually turkey for slightly less calories). Normally I'll use one Oroweat bread slice cut in half for half a sandwich, but these Trader Joe's slices are quite small and only 60 calories each. I'll toss a handful of arugula with balsamic vinegar and salt and pep for a little pizzaz, toss in whatever other veg I have in the fridge. When I'm extra snacky, I'll give myself a full serving of Pirate's Booty, but half gets the job done!
