1 piece toast
Add cheese (I’ve been using Jalepeno Laughing Cow)
Poach 2 eggs
Add 3 thin sliced ham pieces split between them

I normally add some Kale or spinach and tomato and black pepper

Nutrition before veggies:
19.5g protein
20 grams carbs
13 g fat
3 g fibre
