Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup fresh lemon juice (~3 large lemons),
2 tablespoons lemon zest,
1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves,
1 ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil,
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar,
3 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard,
4 tablespoons raw honey,
1 teaspoon ground black pepper,
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional).
