This recipe made 3 huge cakes for around 355 (not tracked celery, red onion and seasonings) and 50 grams of protein

Mix in a bowl:
2 cans of tuna
Celery
Red onion
Bell pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
Tsp Dijon mustard
Seasonings of choice (I used chives parsley paprika onion salt garlic and pepper)

Form into pattys and bake for 25 minutes at 375

I enjoyed mine with tobasco sauce and lemon juice.
