Pasta night 🍝
- 50g pasta (weighed before cooking): 180 cals
- 120 g garden peas (steamed) : 120 cals
- tuna : 120 cals
- sunseed oil (from tuna, I tried draining it, but there was still some, ard 12g) : 110 cals
- 2g olive oil (spray) : 20 cals
A total of 550 cals.
It could've been 100 cals less if I used tuna in water instead of oil, but I hate how it tastes. I'd rather have the additional calories and eat something tasty 🤤😋

that looks too good. get the packaged light tuna and try it with light mayo peas pasta and cranberries. i want to make a copy cat tarragon now lol
