I was wondering if this one was too rare or good to eat?

    Looks fine to me, I’d suggest maybe a bit more heat for the outside crust but it’s edible lol

    Well within what’s considered safe to eat. Looks about medium rare to me.

    Beef is almost always safe to eat even completely raw (within the US).

    This looks perfectly fine.

    This is a great medium rare cook. Any further runs the risk of being over.

    I find that heat is helpful to cook meat.

    Raw meat is not interesting.

    Medium and pink in the middle is just fine, thanks.

    No such thing as too rare with the exception of raw out of the package.
