I’m a frequent at Holbox, first time i tried them was on 2020 i think… during the pandemic.
I went for dinner the past week. The night before they got their first star. Everything was so good. Leaving some pics

- Pescado al Carbon (Charcoal grilled Branzino)
- Camarones al Mojo de ajo
- Soft Shell Crab
