I've been eating a protein no-bake cheesecake every day for like 2 weeks and it has been the highlight of my life. I eat half a day to save on calories but it has fully replaced my Halo Top cravings and has way more protein.
Got the recipe from Protein Snack Queen

I like cookies and tea and I like to have a decent amount of them for the calories spent on it. It’s to the point I made an excel spreadsheet just to track and compare them. Right now, I’ve been having Aldi German week snacks and biscotti with some cookie thins thrown into the mix. The doppelinos and spekulatius cookies aren’t too bad calorie wise since they’r only 40 – 50 calories per cookie, but I like to add the cookie thins in since they’re closer to 20 – 30 calories each, so it feels like I have more overall if I mix some slightly lower with slightly higher cookies. For reference, a single oreo or chewy chocolate chip cookie from those premade store packages are 80 calories each, so anything under 50 calories is actually pretty decent.

Mine is oats
matcha greek yogurt with strawberries and rotisserie chicken dipped in buffalo sauce 👌👌
Blended low fat cottage cheese, I hate the sour tang of Greek yogurt, but I can have blended cottage cheese + monk fruit/sugar free maple syrup, a little protein powder, strawberries and Catalina crunch and it’s so high protein and gives strong cheesecake vibes. Looking into getting cake batter extract as well.
Also obsessed with this low cal cake, made it twice in 2 days https://www.emmafontanella.com/only-50-calories-birthday-cake
Perfect bars, but use pbfit instead https://minibatchbaker.com/mini-batch-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-perfect-bar/
chia pudding with maple syrup and berries – the best healthy dessert!!
I’ve never been able to stand cottage cheese but I tried some of the Good Culture brand and I’m suddenly obsessed. I have it at least once a day now, sweet and savory or just by itself.
I’ll burn out on it eventually but right now it’s my jam.
Cava bowls and veggie trays with ranch. I make the cava bowls at home because there isn’t one where I live. I also buy the $3 veggie mixes that have broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots and add tomatoes. I also get the Lighthouse ranch because it tastes the closest to restaurant style ranch. The ranch is a lot of calories but since I’m eating a big bowl of veggies I feel full and the calories even out.
Fage yogurt mixed with some sweetener and cake batter extract. Topped with some super mini choc chip cookies or graham cracker crumbles. High protein and filling. Makes for a good sweet tooth craving

I don’t make it exactly as described in the recipe but that was my starting point.
I’ve been devouring this keto bread from Costco. It’s 45 calories per slice, so I make avocado toast every morning and sometimes splurge on 3 slices. I mash 1/4c beans w/ half an avocado and some seasoning salt & pepper flakes. I look forward to it every morning.
proper meal: nuri spicy sardines on whole grain crackers. low-cal, good protein, replaces red meat and has skincare benefits.
fun food. goya maria crackers and iced barley tea.
Omelettes. I’ve been obsessed with them lately. High in protein, quick and easy to make and you can put so different things in them.
Peanut butter… Not the best fixation to have when you’re keeping calories at a minimum. I was thinking of jumping on the peanut butter powder train
Mini bagel sandwich w turkey bacon, one egg, tomato, and one piece of American cheese
Metamucil sugar free gummies: 3 gummies with 25 calories. Serves 2 purposes, extra fiber and sweet bite with coffee.
