Not pictured: my 130 cal iced coffee and some watermelon and skinny popcorn. Still well under my calorie goal.
First pic is my first time trying cottage cheese scrambled eggs (with eggbeaters) and it was delicious!
Second I made cottage cheese ranch and it was pretty good but not sure if it’s healthier/less cal than regular light ranch?
Third sandwich was godly and I just want to thank whoever invented keto bread.

Heyy I don’t want this to come off as criticism at all everything looks delicious- but are you sure it’s 1200? I obviously don’t know the ingredients but it looks more like maybe 800-1000 ish to me?
