Use a skillet.

You can, but you will not get a good result.
If you don’t do the math manually, that is…

Yes, though it requires a special bit of tech, called an oven, you can rest the Joule on top of it so that it feels included

If you double the temp, you can cook in half the time!

Yes, of course you can. It will be more like traditional cooking (stovetop, oven etc) than sous vide but it will work. You might have a hard time deciding when your food is cooked/done.

Yes, here’s another tip, too: if you are baking something that needs to be cooked at 350° for an hour but need it done faster, just crank your oven to 1050° and it’ll be done in 20 minutes!

That’s pretty much the polar opposite of what sous-vide is all about. The whoile point of sous-vide is to cook to a specific temperature and ensure that the temperature is consistent through the thing you are cooking.
The Turbo Joule is only turbo in that it gets the same amount of water upto temperature in a shorter amount of time than the original, if you discount the time it takes to get the water bath to temperature an original and Turbo cook in eaxctly the same manner/time.
