Serves: 2 for a meal, 6 as an appetizer
25 wonton wrappers
1/2 lb small cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup imitation crab, shredded
2 mini cucumber, chopped
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp furikake seasoning
~Spicy sriracha sauce~
1/4 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey

1. Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally to create two triangles. Place wonton triangles on a large parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add all spicy sriracha sauce ingredients and whisk to combine.
3. Assemble nachos: Place wonton chips in a pile on baking sheet. Top with shredded imitation crab, chopped shrimp, chopped cucumber and diced avocado. Drizzle over spicy sriracha sauce and sprinkle with furikake seasoning.
