Edamame is very good. Also, spinach (fresh or frozen), peas, hot sauce of your choice, green onions for sure.

I usually get a rotisserie chicken, take it apart and freeze it in portions . Just drop it frozen into the soup and it adds a lot of protein and flavor. I use it for a lot of other quick meals too.

Use broth instead of water. Add spices you have and like, celery salt or garlic powder, etc.
Add any vegetables you like – green onion, chopped broccoli, mushrooms, shredded carrots, really any vegetable you like the flavor of when cooked can go into ramen

Pad of butter, hot sauce, and some of the seasoning packet. Add a teaspoon or so of some of the water you boiled the noodles in to emulsify. Toss the noodles in. Not sure what other ingredients you have on hand but any sort of protein would work, maybe some canned corn, cheese is always good too.
